Don carbage (“cooty woo”) was found deceased in the front of his house in the 2400 block of w. Center st on september 22nd, 2000. Investigation revealed that carbage was first shot inside the house and he then jumped through a glass window as the shooter fired additional shots at carbage as he tried to escape. Witnesses at the scene describe the shooter as a black male, teens to early 20’s, 5’6″ to 5’8″ tall, with a slim build.Agency
