On the evening of july 4th, 1979 members of the denver police department were directed to an isolated area within the montbello industrial park district on a report of a dead body. Upon arrival officers located the victim, subsequently identified as joyce ramey, on a dirt road near east 56th avenue and havana street. During the course of the followup investigation, it was determined that ms. Ramey was strangled to death. Joyce ramey was only twenty-three years old at the time of her murder.Agency
