On friday, may 31, 1991 at approximately 11:30 p.M., steven portillo and 2 of his brothers were shot by suspects in a vehicle while in the front yard of their residence in the vicinity of 5226 s. 19th avenue. The suspects fled and steven portillo later died at a hospital. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.Agency
