Cordell bell b/m 08/11/1991 occurred: 08/5/2015 at 14534 s. 71 hwy on august 5, 2015 officers were dispatched to the location on a shooting. Upon arrival they found the victim, cordell bell, inside a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. Witnesses indicated that the victim was sitting inside his vehicle when the suspect walked up and shot him through the window.
