On december 15th, 2020 at 1127 hours, an anonymous female called lvmpd dispatch to report that a male had been shot to the rear of 1416 n. 23rd street. Lvmpd patrol officers and medical personnel arrived on scene and located douglas ramsey suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Ramsey was transported to umc where he later succumbed to his injuries.Agency
