On saturday, december 28th, 2013 at approximately 11:44 PM, the new castle county police responded to the brookside community center in reference to a shooting with one victim struck. The victim was identified as d’andre green who died as a result of his injuries. Officers learned that a party was being held at the brookside community center, when a fight broke out inside the party which led outside the community center. The investigation revealed that d’andre was not involved in the fight.Agency
