On october 24, 1994 at approximately 10:30 pm, jeffrey tucker was discovered unconscious after being physically assaulted during an attack outside 14305 shaw avenue, east cleveland, ohio. Tucker was transported to hospital where he underwent emergency medical treatment but failed to regain consciousness. On april 19, 1997, while still hospitalized, tucker died as result of the injuries he suffered from the attack.
