On october 29, 2010 two richmond police officers were patrolling on foot in mosby court when they heard several gunshots just after 3 a.M. They located the victim suffering from a gunshot wound on the ground in the 1900 block of accommodation street. He was taken to the hospital where he later died of his injuries.Agency
