On June 13, 1986, At Approximately 6:28 P.M., 23-Year-old Charles Montoya Was Found By First Responders Inside His Vehicle At 2425 Isleta Boulevard Sw. He Complained Of Stomach Pain, First Responders Located A Stab Wound In His Lower Abdomen. Charles Was Transported To A Local Hospital Where He Later Died. It Is Believed That Charles May Have Gotten Into A Fight Inside A Local Bar Near Where He Was Found.Agency
