On october 29, 2006, officers were called to the 5600 block of west green meadows drive on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, 19 year old nicholas magers was found suffering from a gunshot wound. Nicholas was transported to the hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. Investigation found a male got out of a car, fired several shots, then got back in his vehicle and fled the scene.
