On may 21, 1979, denver fire fighters responded to a structure fire on the 700 block of 28th street. Upon extinguishing the fire, a body was located on the second floor of the building. The body was so badly burned the positive identification of the victim was not possible; however information gathered during the investigation led investigators to conclude the body was that of 54 year old gabriel zamora. The building was vacant at the time of the fire, which was classified as arson. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the denver police department.Agency
