On sunday, may 8, 2005, victor barragan and several of his friends were celebrating the birthday of a friend outside the residence at 1720 w. Pafford. They decided to leave at about 4 a.M. As they were about to enter their vehicles, someone began firing a gun from a field west of their location that’s adjacent to railroad tracks. Victor barragan was shot and killed.Agency
