Description: Multi-agency officer-involved shooting. Sandra Strampher-Perry (W/F, 73) shot and killed by officers after armed pursuit. Deputies responded to armed woman at residence in 16900 block of N. Council Rd (Deer Creek). She fled in pickup truck initiating pursuit. After failed TVI near NW 150th and Portland she rammed deputy vehicle. OHP performed successful TVI near SW 59th and I-44. Suspect crashed into passing motorist injuring at least one person then pointed pistol at officers. Four OKCPD officers, five OHP troopers, and two Oklahoma County deputies discharged firearms. Suspect pronounced dead at scene.
