Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in this morning’s homicide on meadowbridge road as kevon d. Fuller, 28 of richmond. At approximately 12:08 a.M., officers were called to the 3000 block of meadowbridge road for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and found an adult male, fuller, on the ground suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced at the scene. The medical examiner will determine cause and manner of death.Agency
