On saturday, january 2, 2021, at 11:45pm, columbus police officers were called to the area of 729 polo dr. N on a report of a shooting. On arrival, officers found christopher gillikin, 21, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Cfd medic 6 transported gillikin to riverside hospital in life threatening condition where he was pronounced deceased by attending physicians at 5:24am. The investigation has revealed that just prior to the shooting gillikin left an acquaintance's residence to meet an unknown party in the parking lot.Agency
