On monday, january 7, 2019 at 5:53 a.M., gary herrera was seen with two subjects near a red four door sedan backed into a parking space at the apartment complex. A friend heard a gunshot and the red car fled from the parking lot. Gary was found lying on the ground, shot and unresponsive. He was pronounced deceased shortly after.
