At approximately 10:27 pm on thursday, may 17, 2007, 54-year-old david f. Harris was in the rear of 7304 blair road, nw, with a group of people. It was at this time that he was struck by a male subject and fell to the ground. Mr. Harris was taken to the washington hospital center’s medstar unit suffering from apparent head trauma. At approximately 9:30 pm on friday, may 18, 2007, he was pronounced dead as a result of his injury. The metropolitan police department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.Agency
