Officers responded to this location on a report of shots fired and an injury accident. Upon arrival, the officers located the victim slumped over in his vehicle. The vehicle had struck a parked vehicle. A passenger in the vehicle, was taken to dgh. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation found that the victim was being chased by others in a second vehicle. During the chase, the suspects fired on the victim vehicle, striking and killing him. The suspects then fled the scene.Agency
