The richmond police department has identified the victims of monday’s double homicide on e. Richmond road as kenroy a. Cummings, 37, of the 3500 block of e. Richmond road, and marvin d. Walters, 36, of no local address. At approximately 6:25 p.M. On march 4, officers responded to the 3500 block of e. Richmond road for the report of a person down. They found the two men dead inside an apartment. Both had apparent gunshot wounds.
