At 8:05 p.M. Aug. 27, 2020, officers were dispatched to 4656 prospect on a reported shooting. Upon arrival, they located the victim inside his vehicle in the street across from the conoco. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased. This surveillance video captured the suspects.
