On tuesday, july 12, 2005 at 10:00 pm, scorpio rucker, was seated in front of a residence at 2631 n. 20th st., visiting friends. At that time, unknown suspects approached the residence firing numerous gunshots at the victim and others at that location. Shirley williams was just exiting her front door to retrieve small children in the area. Both scorpio rucker and shirley williams suffered gunshots and died as a result of their injuries.Agency
