Description: Courier scam targeting 84-year-old male. Victim encountered computer pop-up locking him out and was coerced into withdrawing large sums of money for a courier pickup. Dongjun Zou (51) and Wulian Fan (47) both of New York arrested. Zou charged with felony theft proceeds of criminal activity and theft over $1500 against victim 62+. Fan charged with attempted theft over $1500 against victim 62+ and conspiracy.
