On december 10, 1987, responding to complaints from tenants of a foul odor emanating from room 424, the manager and maintenance man for the clifford hotel, 527 se morrison, forced the door of that apartment. Inside, they discovered the partially decomposed body of debora lynett longoria. Autopsy results state that ms longoria’s cause of death was assault with a blunt instrument. Ms longoria was known to use drugs and was an exotic dancer. She lived in room 424 with a man named timothy cloud. Mr cloud was not at the apartment when her body was discovered and had not been there for some time. Mr cloud is described as a white male, 63 years old, 5’7”, 160 lbs, brown hair balding on top, with tattoos on his right arm and right shoulder. He was last known to reside in tennessee in 2007. He is a registered sex offender. He is from texas and on occasion, has returned to oregon since this homicide.Agency
