On friday, november 12, 2010, 36-year-old jacobo vazquez was reported missing from the 100 block of constitution avenue, nw. On tuesday, november 16, 2010 at approximately 9:45 am, a body was found near the westbound lanes of I-70 in maryland. Subsequent investigation revealed that the homicide occurred in the 100 block of constitution avenue nw. A felony arrest warrant has been issued for 34-year-old marvin palencia of hyattsville, md, who is wanted in connection with this homicide.
