At approximately 10:50 p.M., south precinct officers were dispatched to the 200 block of 3rd avenue southwest on report of a person shot inside of a vehicle. Officers arrived on the scene where they observed two adult victims suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. One male victim (michael johnson) was found unresponsive in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. An adult female passenger was also struck by gunfire. Birmingham fire and rescue personnel transported her to a local-area hospital with life-threatening injuries.Agency
