On november 19, 1980, between 4:30 a.M. And 5:21 a.M., 50-year-old thomas craft was driving to work at the st. Joe paper company located on sr 60 in lake wales, when approximately 5 miles east of wahneta and 1.5 miles east of s.R. 559, he was shot. He was likely carrying a large amount of cash when he was killed.
