Deputies responded to reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, law enforcement located a black sedan which had crashed into a parked vehicle within the parking lot of the apartment complex. As deputies approached the vehicle they found the victim deceased within the vehicle. There was a second victim within the vehicle as well, who survived injuries that he sustained.Agency
