Roger pleaugh, a 45 year old male, was found by 448 w. Georgia st. On november 13, 2005 and was transported to the hospital due to having head injuries. Pleaugh had a makeshift camp behind this location and told the responding officer that he had been drinking, was beat up and some items were taken from him. Pleaugh managed to crawl to the sidewalk and call for help. Pleaugh succumbed to his injuries on november 21, 2005. There were no known witnesses to the incident.
