On tuesday, november 2, 2021, at 11:41pm, columbus police officers were called to the 1600 block of patton ave. On a report of shots fired. On arrival, officers found the decedent, 39-year-old darshawn perry, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Cfd medic 8 responded and pronounced mr. Perry deceased at 12:11am. The initial investigation has revealed that darshawn perry had left a club just prior to the shooting. Other patrons inside the club heard gunshots shortly after darshawn perry left, located him nearby, and called for help.Agency
