On the afternoon of september 23, 1978, officers from the denver police department were on a call for service near 21st and larimer streets when they heard gunshots in the area. Officers responded to the 1300 block of 21st street where the body of 31 year old owen snorgrass was located. Mr. Snorgrass was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect(s) responsible for this murder have yet to be identified.
