Members of the denver police department and paramedics from denver health medical center responded to 4786 clayton street on a report of an injured child. Due to the serious nature of the child victim's injuries, she was immediately transported to a local hospital. Shortly after arrival, the child victim was pronounced dead. As a result of the circumstances surrounding the child victim's death, this case was investigated as a homicide.
