On july 3rd, 2007, officers responded to the frederick douglass park, on east 30th avenue and franklin street, for a report of a shooting. Officers found the victim, gustavo arambula-castaneda, on the grass on the east side of the intersection. He was shot to death in a drive-byshooting. He was transported to the hospital and later died as a result of gun shot wounds.Agency
