On july 8, 1990, the body of frank cross was discovered in his home, outside of dumas, by someone who came by to deliver him food. Mr. Cross was bedridden and known to keep a large amount of money in an ice chest in his home. The ice chest was not found at the residence. He had been shot, possibly through an open window.Agency
