Robert approached a vehicle and leaned over and spoke to the people in the vehicle. Several subjects were in the vehicle. One of the subjects in the vehicle pulled out a handgun and shot robert in the chest. Robert staggered to the sidewalk, fell down and died. The vehicle sped away.
