During the early morning hours of march 25, 1994, 37 year old scott marcus was found shot to death inside of the 7-11 convenience store located near the intersection of south holly street and east evans avenue. Scott was working the graveyard shift for another employee when an unknown suspect entered the store and shot him to death during the course of a robbery. Prior to his murder, scott and his brothers grew up in kansas city, mo where his father worked long hours for an electronics company and his mother traveled the country showing german shepherds.
