On march 28, 1992, 24 year old michelle vinson and her companion had an altercation with some males near east 11th avenue and york street. As michelle and her friend drove off they noticed a vehicle behind them. It was then that the unknown suspects fired at the vehicle. Michelle was fatally struck by the gunfire and as a result crashed the vehicle they were driving.
