At 3:31 a.M. On november 10, 1998, baltimore county police responded to the 7400 block of lesada drive, 21207 in precinct 2 woodlawn in reference to a home invasion robbery. Upon police arrival, they were able to speak with the victim’s girlfriend. She advised that she and the victim were returning to their apartment when they were confronted by three black male suspects in their apartment building’s vestibule.
