On january 6, 1983, the colorado springs police department was notified that a body had been found in a trash dumpster in the area of harmony drive. When officers' arrived they looked into the dumpster and saw nicholas guevara jr. On that same day, officers were dispatched to the meadows mobile home park in colorado springs, where mr. Guevara's car was discovered. Officers' arrived and found ruth jones deceased inside the car. The el paso county coroner reported the cause of death to nicholas guevara was due to a gunshot wound and blunt force trauma. The autopsy on ruth jones listed the cause of death as a gunshot wound. Nicholas and ruth were seen together that night prior to their deaths. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the colorado springs police department.Agency
