On february 17, 1999 at approximately 12:50 a.M., police responded to the 2400 block of drake street after residents reported hearing a gunshot. When police arrived, they found daniel roop, unconscious and not breathing, as a result of a gunshot wound. Drake street is located in richmond’s south side and the homicide location is near bellmeade and jefferson davis highway.Police detectives and family members are asking for your help in solving this homicide.
