Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive victim in front of 1652 oak street. The victim, 33yr old marcus person was transported to grant hospital by cfd medic #18 in critical condition. Mr. Person succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased on february 4, 2021 at 1:20pm.Agency
