Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in last week’s homicide in the 1200 block of west moore street as eric barbour, 32, of richmond. At approximately 7:47 a.M., monday, june 13, officers were called to the 1200 block of west moore street for the report of a person down. Officers arrived and found an adult male, barbour, down and unresponsive with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The medical examiner will determine cause and manner of death.Agency
