On december 11, 2005 baldomero orta was shot in his vehicle during an apparent attempted robbery, in the parking lot of 1400 haywood court, the brandon oaks apartments. His vehicle was a 2000 gmc sierra pickup. It was later determined that orta in fact died from a gunshot wound.Agency
