Almost 33 years ago on September 21, 1991, Riverside Police Officers and paramedics responded to 4270 Market Street in downtown Riverside for an assault with a deadly weapon call for service. Michael Anthony Soto was found with massive head trauma and evidence showed he was beaten and robbed. Despite lifesaving efforts, Michael died from his injuries several days later.
