On saturday may 29, 2010 at approximately 1:28 pm. The victim was a passenger in a chevrolet suburban traveling westbound on southern avenue from 7th avenue. The driver of the suburban was involved in a minor traffic accident with a white passenger car, possibly a chevrolet malibu. When both vehicles approached the area of 19th avenue and southern, the occupants of the vehicles had a verbal altercation and the driver of the white car produced a firearm and fired multiple rounds at the suburban. One bullet struck and killed the victim. The suspect vehicle was described as an early 2000 model, possibly a chevrolet malibu with a rear spoiler,damage to the rear bumper and tinted windowsAgency
