Shortly after midnight august 30, 2020, officers responded to the 00 block of west clopton street for the report of a shooting. Once on scene, they found justino with a gunshot wound lying in the roadway. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives have determined the victim was shot inside his clopton street home and collapsed outside. Detectives are working to identify a suspect in this homicide.Agency
