On friday, may 16, 1975 joseph kelly was found suffering from a gunshot. He was transported to virginia beach general hospital where he died from his wound. A yellow 1972 or 1973 model chevrolet with large whitewalls was seen in the area. The vehicle was occupied by two black males. Joseph kelly was in the u.S.
