On august 28th, 2007, at approximately 12:15 a.M., two people came into the apartment where preston jenkins and a roommate were located. The suspects shot and killed preston jenkins and then fled the scene. The roommate ran to a neighbor’s and called the police. The victim died at the scene as a result of the gunshot wound he sustained.Agency
