On march 23rd, 2012, at approximately 11:56 p.M., uniformed officers of the aurora police department responded to the intersection of n. Dayton street and montview boulevard regarding multiple reports of a shooting. The victim was discovered inside on the driver's side, suffering from gunshot wounds to the torso.
