Mr. Goldstein was the owner-operator of a local jewelry store called “ben the silversmith”. This business was located on south broadway near mexico avenue. On the night of may 14 th, 1979 two unknown suspects broke into mr. Goldstein’s establishment. Upon hearing the intruders, mr. Goldstein confronted them. During this time, mr. Goldstein was shot and killed. After the shooting, the suspects fled from the scene.Agency
