Richmond police department detectives have identified the victim in yesterday’s homicide in davee gardens as jerome montague, a male in his 30s. At approximately 1:35 a.M. On august 2, 2020, officers responded to the 2000 block of dawson road for the report of a shooting. Once police arrived, they found two adult males suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Montague was unresponsive and pronounced at the scene. The second male was taken to a local hospital with a non-life threatening injury.Agency
